Summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd seeks a fluent Swedish-speaking Product Owner with expertise in Teamcenter PLM to drive the development and implementation of their Teamcenter PLM solution. This role involves gathering requirements, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, working closely with cross-functional teams, providing ongoing support, conducting user acceptance testing, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and end-users
• Collaborate with development teams to define the product roadmap
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product quality

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications in Agile or Product Management are a plus
