Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum/ Scrumban)

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize and maintain the Product backlogs, the Product Delivery plans and roadmaps to ensure the correct focus is maintained on product goals
  • Work closely with the product management team to analyse data, write detailed and actionable product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with software architects, tech leads and software engineers to define and document technical requirements for product features
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and guide future development. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments
  • Maintain a refined and evolving product backlog that drives both near term iterative optimizations and long-term innovation
  • Drive acceptance testing before feature/product launches
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as the refinement and sprint planning
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Work together with Technical Writers to document product capabilities, project progress, and release notes

Preferred Qualifications

You have a technical mindset. Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer as well as experience in the Conversational AI or Contact Center industry is a plus
