Summary

Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience working as part of a Technical or Product Management team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Product or Project Management within the Financial Services industry
  • Strong understanding of integration options, data management principles and performance optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client value
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools

Responsibilities

  • Clearly articulate and develop initiatives, ensuring that the impact on clients is well-defined and that acceptance criteria are effectively communicated
  • Collaborate with other teams to align dependent workstreams and ensure seamless on-time execution of projects
  • Regularly evaluate the platform's vision and strategy, testing it against organizational goals to ensure alignment and the capacity to drive value
  • Analyze and assess the potential impact of initiatives on client satisfaction and business outcomes; collaborating with Development to iterate on strategies as necessary to reduce risk or improve client adoption of the product
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, potential risks, and resource requirements
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, project plans, and progress reports to facilitate effective tracking and accountability
