Product Owner

Summary

Join IMPACT BRANDS, a leading health and wellness company with a remote work culture, as a Product Owner. You will be responsible for conducting competitor analysis, owning projects from start to finish, setting project vision, prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely delivery, measuring and reporting performance, gathering feedback, adjusting strategies, planning and executing project initiatives, and driving them forward. This role requires a higher education, 2+ years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role, proven experience in the dietary sport supplements or health-focused wellness industry, experience with project management tools, proven leadership in complex projects, strong organizational and analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, interest in health and wellness, fluency in English, and a salary starting from 2000 €/mon. gross.

Requirements

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience working as a product owner or in a similar role
• Proven experience working in the dietary sport supplements or health-focused wellness industry (this is a must)
• Experience working with project management tools (E.g. ClickUp, Basecamp, ZOHO, Monday, JIRA)
• Proven experience taking ownership and leadership of complex projects and consistently driving them to successful completion
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision-making
• Interest in health and wellness, aligning with the company’s focus on supplements
• Demonstrate fluency English

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor’s analysis to understand the competitive landscape better
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, working hands-on with a small, cross-functional team to unlock key milestones
• Set the project vision, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with business goals
• Measure and report the performance of all project initiatives
• Continuously gather feedback, adjust strategies, and refine the project based on real-time insights
• Plan, execute and launch project initiatives
• Take ownership of the upcoming initiatives and drive them forward with the same level of focus
