Summary
Join Keylane as a Product Owner and work with complex life and pension functionality, contributing to our future growth. Collaborate with Feature Teams, Cluster Managers, and Developers to maintain our leading solutions in the financial market. You will refine epics, define product backlogs, and handle business analysis, strategy, and vision for Keylane's Policy Administration Systems. Responsibilities span business enhancements and technical challenges, including new functionality, maintenance, compliance, and supportability. Work with other Product Owners and clients to coordinate cross-functional implementations and contribute to strategic lifecycle definition for the L&P product portfolio. This role offers significant influence on Keylane product development and growth opportunities within an internationalizing company.
Requirements
- Have strong cooperation skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Have comprehensive experience with Life and Pension Products from industry jobs and/or have a theoretical background with an actuarial education
- Have a professional fundament working with software development organization, preferable also with agile methods
- Have experience with the financial sector to be able to drive the development of complex and business-critical systems
- Have experience with prioritizing tasks and scope, preferable experience with Product Management
- Have drive and energy to continuously improve
- Have excellent command in both the Dutch and the English language, where you feel comfortable with stakeholder management on all levels of our organization
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and reference check are part of the application process
- Each employee within Keylane must follow training on information security and irrespective to the role basic information security responsibilities apply
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your own Feature Teams, the Cluster Managers and Developers to make sure our products continue being the leading solutions in the financial market
- Solve challenges such as business analysis, strategy and vision defining the standard product for your own functional area
- Refine epics and define the product backlog for the Feature Team
- The responsibility will span both business enhancements and technical challenges related to new functionality, maintenance, compliance obligations and supportability
- Work closely together with the other Product Owners and clients to plan and coordinate dependencies between cross functional implementations
- Be included in the strategic work to define the life cycle for the entire L&P product portfolio, especially regarding Lifetime and Maia

- A monthly gross salary between € 4200 and € 7000 based on 40 hours per week
