Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or development, with a focus on AI or data valued (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable
  • Proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and adapt to meet changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder community, including Program Management, Product, Engineering, Scrum, and leadership, to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products
  • Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to define detailed, actionable requirements and write user stories for engineering work
  • Perform product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance as well as conduct demos
  • Own and maintain products, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously
  • Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-range plans
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle
  • Prepare and deliver decks, reports, metrics, recommendations, and other resources to stakeholders and executives
  • Stay informed on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning, and similar technologies as well as the latest vendor offerings
  • Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance products, improve operational processes, and drive overall efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry
  • Exceptional project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships and foster partnerships across teams
  • Advanced technical, quantitative, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving landscape
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and their application to product development
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy and legal compliance, cyber security, and best practices in ethical AI
