Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Analyst & Product role in Product company
  • Proven experience in product discovery and delivery
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a technology or software development environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering software products on time
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience with product management tools and frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
  • Collaborate with designers on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
  • Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories in Jira and Confluence
  • Develop and maintain customer journey maps using Miro to visualize and analyze customer interactions with the product
  • Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience
  • Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and align on priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic speaking is a plus
  • Experience in the Finance, Banking, Payment, Accounting Industry
