Summary
Join TAG, a passionate and talented Shopify Product Owner to help leave the web- and specifically e-commerce- better than we found it. We're looking for someone who's an excellent technical writer, understands Shopify in and out, and stays current on industry trends.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience working in depth with Shopify Plus
- Be certified in or have proven experience with GA4 and GTM
- Bring an understanding of marketing/advertising platform pixels, scripts, tags (such as Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat)
- Have experience working with third party apps such as Yotopo, OneTrust, Recharge, Nosto, Launchpad, Algolia, Gogias, Loop Returns
- Have an understanding of compliance needs and rules - Accessibility (ADA) and Privacy (CPRA, GDPR)
- Communicate in a crystal clear manner, both in written and verbal formats
- Be able to challenge others (clients included) with grace
- Have a history of trusted clients who implement your recommendations
- Possess an innate sense of curiosity to consistently learn, improve, and try new tools & tactics
- Provide a strong point of view using data and evidence to prove or build business cases
- Be able to see the bigger picture while understanding how the details influence the picture
- Be proactive in nature with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Own the creation and maintenance of our clients' storefront roadmaps
- Discover, guide, and define/document comprehensive functional requirements for Development and Analytics projects
- Support PMs with sprint planning and goal setting
- Guide the project team to craft the best solution for the functional needs, as well as help guide steps and resources needed for execution
- Lead conversations and collaboration with tech partners
- Create and review analytics reports, and provide insights
- Support with guiding designs for commerce-specific functional UX needs
- Support with quarterly e-commerce business reviews
- Oversee Shopify Admin training and documentation for clients as needed
