Product Owner for Apps - Android

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, specifically within the mobile app industry
• Strong understanding of Android app development and the mobile product lifecycle
• Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools for decision-making
• Familiarity with app monetization strategies, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising models
• Proficient in using project management and documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed feature specifications
• Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between development, marketing, ASO, and CRO
• Prioritize product backlog based on user feedback, analytics, and business priorities to ensure timely delivery of key features and improvements
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions and strategy
• Monitor KPIs, app performance, and monetization strategies to optimize app profitability and user engagement
• Coordinate testing and validation of new features to maintain high standards of product quality
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the app delivers a seamless and engaging experience
