Product Owner - Emerging Markets

The Product Owner, Emerging Markets (TWN+) will support the Senior Manager, New Product Development, in implementing product strategy and day-to-day operations. Requirements

• Demonstrated leader in product management with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in any of: websites, mobile applications, software development, mobile technology and innovative new product platforms
• Experience working in agile development environment with Business to Consumer experience

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product leadership to execute a core roadmap to drive adoption, usage and revenue to meet business objectives
• Work with Senior Manager, New Product Development, to prioritize product features and enhancements with new ideas based on ongoing customer feedback, market/competitive analysis, product performance, revenue needs
• Be the champion and voice of the product (both from a user and revenue perspective) within the agile team
• Work as the product owner in a scrum team to deliver against your roadmap and drive continual product improvements
• Perform all product owner responsibilities within the scrum team (writing and prioritization of user stories, defining and clarifying acceptance criteria, explaining business rationale, etc)
• Work with a cross-functional team to produce and successfully launch an exceptional user experience
• Provide input to the Product leadership in developing annual strategic plans, budgets and prioritize business opportunities
• Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance, consumer adoption and behavior, and modify plans accordingly
• Research and stay up-to-date on trends, developments and best practices in the industry, competition, interactive technologies and services, and develop appropriate competitive market responses
