Summary

The job is for a Fraud Squad Lead at RecargaPay, a Brazilian Super App that simplifies everyday payments. The role involves leading fraud prevention strategies, monitoring and analyzing fraud indicators, managing chargeback processes, collaborating with other departments, conducting data analysis, and proposing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product, with a focus on fraud prevention and combat
• Solid experience with chargeback processes and value recovery
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with SQL Server
• Knowledge of anti-fraud techniques and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fraud squad, defining priorities and directing activities to mitigate risks
• Develop and implement fraud prevention and detection strategies
• Monitor and analyze fraud indicators, creating actionable reports and insights
• Manage chargeback processes, aiming to minimize losses and optimize value recovery
• Collaborate with other departments (Technology, Operations, Customer Service) to develop integrated fraud prevention solutions
• Conduct data analysis using SQL Server to identify suspicious patterns and opportunities for improvement
• Propose and oversee continuous improvement initiatives in fraud prevention processes
• Stay updated on trends and new technologies related to fraud prevention
