Summary

You will manage and optimize our internal CMS platform, collaborating with marketing, development, design, and content teams. Requirements
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (preferably WordPress; HubSpot experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Confluence, and Jira, Google marketing stack
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of analytical tools, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
- In-depth understanding of B2B marketing concepts, such as funnels, content strategy, and SEO
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum framework and agile methodologies
- Experience with backlog management, writing user stories, and sprint planning
- Daily collaboration with developers, with an understanding of technical concepts
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Creative problem-solving skills to deliver efficient solutions tailored to stakeholder needs
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Gather, create, and analyze business requirements; transform them into detailed User Stories
- Collaborate with marketeers to ensure the seamless integration of business needs into the IT system
- Model and analyze business processes using BPMN notation
- Create and maintain a Product Backlog, ensuring tasks are up to date and progressing effectively
- Regularly work with developers and technical architects to confirm the feasibility of business requirements
- Oversee the testing process and validate the functionality of implemented solutions
- Document system features and changes
