Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or pre-sales roles within the enterprise software industry, preferably in IT Operations
- Proven track record of successfully selling Enterprise IT Operations Management solutions
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives through consultative selling and impactful presentations
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly in articulating value-based solutions to executive audiences
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HCL Software solutions to customer challenges
- Success in generating new business and fostering long-term client relationships
- Familiarity with competitive technologies such as Ivanti, Tanium, ServiceNow, BMC, or SCCM
- Fluency in both the local language and English for effective collaboration with regional customers
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and tools like MEDDPICC to drive deal success
Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful presentations and workshops to diverse audiences, including developers, architects, IT managers, and C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Serve as a deal coach or executive sponsor on key opportunities, providing strategic guidance for complex deals
- Collaborate with sales teams to craft customized, compelling proposals aligned with client objectives
- Partner with internal support teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the sales cycle
- Enhance the technical sales capabilities of HCL Software partners, driving adoption of BigFix solutions
- Negotiate and present solutions to executive leadership both within HCL and at client organizations
