Summary
Join Appen as a Product Solutions Specialist and bridge our product development and customer success teams. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years in a product management, product solutions, or technical account management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience in SalesForce, or equivalent
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex product architectures
- Reporting and Sequel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product solutions to diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Ability to assess and solve complex product-related issues, tailoring solutions based on client needs
- Demonstrates a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers
- Skilled in articulating complex product solutions to diverse audiences
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges
- Design tailored solutions and configurations that address customer requirements using our product suite
- Identify gaps in the current product offering and suggest enhancements or adjustments to address client-specific needs
- Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with the product roadmap
- Communicate customer feedback and solution insights to influence future product enhancements
- Support the prioritization of new features or improvements based on client feedback and market trends
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process
- Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain technical collateral, including solution blueprints, case studies, and training materials
- Oversee the successful implementation of product solutions for new clients
- Work with customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sale
- Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns, providing insights to optimize and improve product engagement
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor solutions
- Provide insights into market demand, identifying potential opportunities for new solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companyβs product offerings and positioning
Preferred Qualifications
