Product Specialist

Summary

Go Vocal is seeking a Product Specialist to work closely with their Product and Customer Success Team to help clients optimize their use of the engagement platform. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have strong communication skills, and experience in data analysis and product adoption strategies. They should also be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Public Policy or Political Sciences, Business or Economics
• Enthusiastic about product development and digital innovation with strong communication, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools

Responsibilities

• Product adoption (30% of your time)
• Client support (50% of your time)
• Product operations (20% of your time)
• Product enablement (10% of your time)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, statistical software, and data visualization tools
• Experience in rolling out product adoption strategies
• Comfortable interacting with clients on product-related matters
• Able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in project management and communication
