Senior Product Specialist

Summary

Join New Era Technology as a senior Saviynt product specialist to implement Saviynt as the IAM team transitions to a product-centric approach. You will analyze the organization's current state and determine what should be implemented in Saviynt, replacing a legacy application. This involves configuring policy and workflow in Saviynt for identity data intake and pre-processing, applying workflows for new identities and changes, and configuring provisioning flows using Secure LDAP, JDBC, API, and Secure File Transfer. You will leverage your deep Saviynt expertise to recommend process improvements and ensure successful implementation. Experience with Dayforce and ServiceNOW integration with Saviynt is preferred. Documentation and knowledge transfer to the team are essential. Excellent communication and documentation skills are also required.

Requirements

• Have deep Saviynt experience and knowledge to recommend opportunities to take to improve processes as part of the implementation
• Documentation for, and knowledge transfer to, the team are also a fundamental requirement of the role
• In addition to Saviynt experience, the candidates must also have good communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Configure policy and workflow in Saviynt for the intake and pre-processing of identity data
• Apply the appropriate workflow for the various use cases for incoming new identity or changes to identity
• Configure the provisioning flows based on the connections and schedules required

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience of Dayforce integration with Saviynt and also Service NOW integration with Saviynt
