Production Designer

Summary

Join our team as a Production Designer/Mid Visual Designer and partner with designers, developers, and project teams to contribute to our overall design vision. You will create, optimize, and prepare graphics for websites and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate possesses a strong graphic design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. This role requires at least 3 years of formal training and hands-on experience in graphic design production, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and excellent communication skills. The position is remote, based in the Philippines, and requires working during US Pacific Time hours.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of formal graphic design training
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on graphic design production experience
• Have agency or design house experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Possess good English communication skills
• Exhibit good productivity and high quality of work
• Showcase the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines
• Have a good eye for type, style and detail
• Possesses creative flair with the ability to conceptualize and visualize the finished product
• Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
• Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
• Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
• Be willing to work in US Pacific Time (8:00am-5:00pm PST) corresponding to 00:00am -9:00am PH time)

Responsibilities

• Interpret project briefs, seek clarity, and align designs with project goals
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Develop and optimize graphics for websites, applications, and digital marketing campaigns
• Resize layouts, edit designs based on feedback, and ensure responsiveness across various devices
• Create original iconography or refine existing icon libraries for consistency
• Maintain brand integrity through precise use of colors, typography, and overall design
• Prepare, optimize, and finalize artwork for digital use, addressing production challenges as needed
• Update design components and communicate changes effectively to relevant teams
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
• Support the creation of presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Webflow and Wordpress knowledge
• UI/UX experience
