Summary
Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions as a Personal Assistant, supporting a colleague in Germany remotely. Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Have 2-5 years of work experience
- Have German language skills at minimum B1 level
- Have English language skills at minimum B2 level
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel) and Microsoft Outlook
- Possess good prioritizing skills
- Possess strong collaboration skills
- Be creative and solution oriented
- Have high communication skills in writing
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for secretarial duties, such as handling communications and planning travel arrangements
- Implement organization tasks delegated by the manager
- Ensure compliance with deadlines set by the manager
- Coordinate with the other departments
- Handle confidential issues and documents
- Prepare documents for decision-making under professional guidance of the manager
- Implement ad-hoc tasks that have an impact on the whole organization, e.g. introduction of new systems or company guidelines/KPIs
- Prepare management reports
- Understand business' needs
- Participate in the preparation of the strategic plans, drive small or radical changes
- Develop detailed communication plans, assist the business in implementing the plan
- Plan, organize, and manage Events & Roadshows, All Employee Meetings, etc
- Document processes, monitor progress, and prepare status reports
- Collect information for decision-making
