Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of experience or familiarity in Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, or a related tech role (B2B SaaS experience is a bonus!)
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer experiences and making complex ideas simple
  • Have the ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support and learn from team members
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Word content styling, Excel reporting, or CRM tools like Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to delivering Professional Services that help customers achieve immediate and long-term success
  • Be responsible for small to medium sized projects, including tasks such as scoping, setting deadlines, tracking time, and supporting customers as well as your team
  • Support customers with service offerings including content migrations, basic reporting, and best practice consultations
  • Document and share learnings from customer interactions with the team to ensure consistency
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Managers, and others across the CX organization
  • Stay informed about platform updates and share feedback to help improve services
  • Build meaningful relationships with Loopio customers through engaging emails and virtual meetings, earning customer trust through strong communication, follow-through and by demonstrating value
