Join Contentsquare as a Professional Services Business Lead and help shape the way the company delivers value to its customers by guiding them towards the most relevant Professional Services based on their maturity and goals. You will work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to qualify, scope, and sell tailored services for new business opportunities in South Europe (France, Italy, Spain). This individual contributor role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and operational execution. Requirements
- Fluent English and French , to effectively communicate internally and externally
- Ideally +5-10 years experience in delivering, then selling, professional services , ideally in SaaS or software environments
- Familiarity with catalog of services from software vendors , ideally in Digital Experience Analytics and Product Analytics
- An understanding of services concepts and KPIs such as: utilization, bookings and revenue, margin, backlog and forecasting processes
- Experience drafting customer facing documentation , like Statements of Work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you know how to build trust and partner effectively with Account Executives, Sales leaders and customers alike
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly communicate how our services create value and support business goals
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team on all commercial business opportunities (new, renewal, up-sell and cross-sell) through opportunity identification, scoping and guidance; leveraging either your own experience, or the experience of other PS team managers or individual contributors
- Approve discounts and free work on services pricing exceeding certain thresholds for new business
- Track and manage the business to a number of key performance indicators relating to bookings performance, and transitional KPIs as we change our delivery model
- Forecast new business services sales on a weekly basis and report up and out to key stakeholders and leaders
- Scope, price and present Services proposals to larger new business prospects
- Support prospect Request for Information, Quote & Proposals (RFx)
- Partner with the Geo Director and Regional Managers to identify delivery resourcing needs based on backlog and forecast data
- Travel to customer sites will be expected from time-to-time, but no more than 20% of the time
