Summary
Join Agile Defense, an award-winning national security company, as a Program Analyst supporting a federal client's security threat assessment mission. This key analyst role involves evaluating, optimizing, and sharing information on program performance, standards, and policies. You will use quantitative and qualitative assessments to make program recommendations and support necessary changes. The position also includes identifying, analyzing, documenting, and proposing solutions for future program needs. This is an exempt position with a remote primary location and secondary location at TSA HQ in Springfield, VA. A Public Trust clearance is required. Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or 15 years of experience with no degree
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on conveying detailed analysis and recommendations effectively
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of producing varied written products, creating reports, and analyzing data
- Show a high level of organization and professional maturity, with experience managing and improving business processes
- Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining business guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk assessment documents
- Prove the ability to ensure the accuracy of written materials and documentation to meet client standards, including responsibilities for meeting notetaking and generating recurring reports
- Be skilled in acting as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, with experience gathering feedback, providing regular updates, and refining deliverables as needed
- Possess a strong ability to lead and coordinate tasks, including managing timelines and tracking progress, to support team objectives and drive process improvements
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key analyst for the evaluation, optimization and information sharing of program performance, standards, and policies
- Use quantitative and qualitative assessments and observations to perform analysis, to make program recommendations, and to support program changes when necessary
- Support the identification, analysis, documentation, and solutioning of future program needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in a national security or transportation security-related mission
- Have experience in a mission that performs threat investigations
- Have experience in a mission that deals with Known or Suspected Terrorists (KSTs) and/or KST associates
- Have experience briefing peers and/or superiors on work products or topics
