Summary

Join Restaurant365, a SaaS company revolutionizing the restaurant industry, as a Sr. Customer Success and Support (CS&S) Data Programs Analyst! Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Customer Success Business Operations, you will bridge the gap between systems and business needs using data analytics. Leverage data insights to evaluate processes, define requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements. You will program manage all CS&S data analysis projects and initiatives, ensuring data and processes are optimized across the business. This role requires strong analytical, visualization, and communication skills, along with experience in a SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance or a related field
  • 7+ years of business operations experience in a SaaS business
  • 5+ years in data strategy, business operations, and/or management consulting with a focus on business analytics and data
  • 2+ years of experience working in a GTM or Financial data operations function
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, SQL, , Power BI, Excel)
  • Experience leveraging data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, BigQuery, Azure Synapse)
  • Exceptional data analysis skills
  • Outstanding data visualization skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels, from leadership to individual contributors in GTM, Product, and Finance as needed
  • Strong bias for action and a keen ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuations in priorities and requirements
  • Ability to self-start and to drive new ideas and opportunities through influence

Responsibilities

  • Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources
  • In partnership with IT-Systems, GTM and Financial operations to identify technical solutions and governance to support data access, modeling and analysis
  • Support the CS&S business analysts including -the revenue operations analyst with data and tools including self-service dashboards to support analysis and process development with their business stakeholders in CS&S
  • Program manage all CS&S data analysis projects and initiatives
  • Define program structures, processes, deliverables, and operational cadences for data and systems
  • Develop and implement data frameworks and tools to manage data insights for the CS&S business analysts
  • Work as a conduit between CS&S and key stakeholders; in strong collaboration with the IT-Systems, GTM Operations, Financial Operations, Product Analytics, BI and Data Science teams
  • Supporting the CS&S business analysts to ensure data and processes in each business are optimized
  • Support identification of trends and patterns in the data across the business
  • Support annual planning and financial forecasting
  • Other duties as assigned
