Summary

Join impact.com's compliance team as a Program Compliance Manager and become a trusted expert in ensuring partner adherence to advertising requirements. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing the Regulated Compliance tool and serving as the primary compliance contact. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive risk management. Responsibilities include client support, expertise in impact.com's compliance product, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering compliance presentations. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of customer service in a software environment, 2+ years of project management, and 1+ year of compliance investigations in performance marketing. Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment
  • 2+ years of project management
  • 1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while under pressure
  • Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for clients, agencies, providing support and advertising practices
  • Become an expert on impact.com’s proprietary Regulated Compliance product
  • Work with cross-functional teams (client success, product/engineering, and operations) to deliver exceptional compliance services
  • Operate as a program compliance subject matter expert internally and externally
  • Work alongside senior team members, assisting with strategic initiatives and projects
  • Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters
  • Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases
