Program Manager, Quality Assurance

Summary

Join Oscar's Center of Excellence team as a Program Manager, Quality Assurance! You'll support program implementations, drive operational improvements, and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders, leading new quality programs, and developing tools and standards. The position requires experience in project management, change management, and stakeholder management within the health insurance industry. Work location is blended, with a remote option available depending on location. Compensation includes a competitive salary, benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt
• 3+ years of strong project management or operational experience in the health insurance space
• 3+ years experience in change management and process improvement
• 3+ years stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Organize and support daily activities based on the goals of the program
• Trusted business partner/Quality SME
• Identify/prioritize optimization opportunities to support program objectives
• Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence
• Lead new quality program through all phases of development (define to control design) including project plan development, stakeholder communications and change management, proactively flagging, managing escalations, tracking and resolving program risks and milestones, and supporting program retros to assess strengths and weaknesses
• Support the tracking and monitoring of controls
• Develop tools and standards to support team programs year over year based on program retros
• Develop meeting materials, track and follow-up on action items, help manage all project plans
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and/or Six Sigma Black Belt
• TQMS or other Quality certifications
