Requirements

• Experience in Promotional Product Industry
• Ability to manage and prioritize a multitude of projects simultaneously
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Highly communicative. Excellent spoken and written English
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
• Professional demeanor, high integrity and honest
• Analytical and logical. High attention to detail
• Own equipment and wired internet with backup (Ryzen 3/i3 with 8GB RAM/ minimum of 30 mbps)
• Can work full time, long term, contractual and available during CST

Responsibilities

• Assist in the order entry and tracking process in Facilis
• Provide immediate feedback to the Program Manager as needed regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Communicate clearly with, and provide effective direction to, the warehouse and partners
• Expedite and effectively respond to customer service emails
• Adhere to SOP’s
• Update client stores as needed
• Assist in preparation of client reporting
• Support to Launch/Maintain sites
• Inventory management, Order Management
• Client platform assistance
• Reporting
• Order discrepancy resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in website product maintenance
• Experience in the Promotional Products Industry
• Knowledge of software tools - Salesforce, Facilis, Microsoft 365 applications, Excel
