Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Be the undisputed expert and thought leader for each respective product
  • Own the overall product strategy, communicated through the product roadmap
  • Partner with cross functional teams for tactical execution of the product strategy
  • Own product performance across all aspects of the product line (onboarding, compliance, oversight, etc.)
  • Deliver commercialized and scalable products
  • Drive revenue by developing new products and functionality
  • Expand use cases for existing products
  • Collaborate with partners and partner-facing teams to understand needs and develop corresponding solutions
  • Own, drive, and report on product KPIs and KRIs. Advocate for initiatives that impact these
  • Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute
  • Own product specific risks and associated controls
  • Manage product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning
  • Develop industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape
  • Own strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
