Responsibilities include coordinating personnel onboarding/offboarding, managing government assets, facilitating badge requests, maintaining property logs, serving as a liaison, preparing reports, monitoring onboarding timelines, supporting compliance efforts, and providing general administrative support. The position requires an Associate's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with GFE and asset management, familiarity with federal onboarding processes, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Associateโ€™s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or program support experience in a federal government or federal contracting environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience handling GFE and asset management systems
  • Familiarity with federal onboarding processes, security clearances, and badging procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project personnel, including scheduling, documentation, and orientation
  • Manage and track issuance and return of government assets (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, peripheral equipment)
  • Facilitate badge requests and access provisioning in accordance with government security protocols
  • Maintain accurate logs and inventory of all government-furnished property (GFP)
  • Serve as liaison between program staff and internal/external support teams for administrative requests
  • Prepare, organize, and update records, reports, and program documentation
  • Monitor onboarding timelines to ensure timely completion of security clearances, trainings, and account setups
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring all administrative processes adhere to federal regulations and contract requirements
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to program managers and team leads
