Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects that span multiple areas, such as Workfront, SaaS integration, AEM, or process optimisation
• At least 2 years of programme management experience in SaaS implementations, ideally with a focus on Workfront
• Strong skills in project administration, including maintaining detailed project plans in a Work Management Tool
• You must be based in the UK to apply

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in cultivating strong client relationships, driving engagement, and unlocking new opportunities for growth
• Plan, monitor, and execute multifaceted programmes with precision, ensuring every project aligns with our clients' strategic goals
• Coordinate multiple projects within a client portfolio, expertly managing interdependencies to deliver cohesive, successful outcomes
• Take charge of the programme budget, making strategic decisions to maximise value and impact
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues head-on to keep the programme on track
• Uphold the highest standards in programme deliverables, ensuring every milestone is met with quality and on time
• Be the key communicator, skilfully managing stakeholder expectations, negotiations, and problem-solving
