Summary

The job is for a Project Associate at Khan Academy India's Schools Team. The role involves supporting the adoption and use of Khan Academy's AI tool, Khanmigo, in select schools in Uttar Pradesh. • Entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity,. a penchant for experimentation, and a bias toward action
• Excellent ability to document information
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail,. and the ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Support the adoption of the Khan Academy’s AI tool, Khanmigo, in the pilot schools
• Conduct school visits to support teachers and students, problem solve, and understand the way Khanmigo is being used by teachers and students
• Help resolve any challenges being encountered, and any other support needed by them
• Monitor the program data through the implementation to inform decisions
• Conduct training sessions, as needed, at district level for the pilot school teachers
• Conduct training sessions, as needed, for students during school visit
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as manuals, logs, any issues and key decisions taken for improvements etc
• Assisting in preparation of documents and presentations for donor reporting as well as dissemination activities
• Collaborate with other teams at Khan Academy India to ensure timely and successful delivery of our program and services
• Any other task as assigned in relation to this project
