Summary

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing projects related to promotional medical education and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They should have experience in the industry, specifically in HCP-focused content development, and a bachelor's degree is required.

Requirements

• Experience in the promotional medical education agency industry, specifically in HCP-focused content development, advisory board meetings, speaker training meetings, KOL executive encounters is required
• A bachelor's degree is required

Responsibilities

• The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the timely delivery of a portfolio of quality promotional medical education projects
• They establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external project/account delivery stakeholders
• They know how to motivate their team members and problem-solve/troubleshoot with team members in a collaborative fashion

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Smart Sheets and/or SharePoint is a PLUS!
