Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Scheduling experience managing multiple projects preferred (entry level applicants will be considered)
• Proficient in project controls principles
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Rigorous and detailed orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an integrated team environment
• High proficiency in Excel; MS Project, Visio, and SAP a plus
• Experience in construction/project-oriented operating environment – solar industry a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated (resources loaded) master schedules for the assigned projects and portfolios
• Support the development of reliable tools, systems & processes, and adopts Scheduling best practices necessary to successfully develop baseline schedules and track progress from project initiation to completion (all stages of the project lifecycle)
• Support the development of monthly and quarterly project reports both at project and portfolio level indicating progress against baseline schedules
• Support the creation, preparation and tracking of detailed project cost reports including budgets, commitments, actuals, and forecasts
