Remote Project Controls Scheduler

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field required
• 5-10 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Experience in collaborating and resolving project issues and working independently with minimal direction required

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and review design and construction schedules in Primavera P6
• Forecast and update cost projections
• Gather schedule and cost project information and translate the data to accurately reflect the overall progress of the projects in an integrated master schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project schedule data export, databases, customized reporting, and Power BI preferred but not required
• Experience with water and wastewater projects preferred
• Hands-on scheduling experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is required
• Demonstrated ability to perform scheduled reviews and ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling required
• Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions preferred
