Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, experience with airtable a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of program activities
- Track and report progress on the delivery of milestones, tasks, and initiatives
- Provide administrative assistance for the team including, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting notes, and manage program documentation
- Service a point of contact for internal team to coordinate activities across the program
- Maintain the program’s project management database (Airtable) to facilitate clear, robust, and on-time reporting on program progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain the program’s document repository (Google drive), keeping the team well organized
- Assist and organizing program events and meetings and respond to ad hoc requests of the Program Director and senior staff
