Requirements

• 0.5 years of experience in account management or project coordination/PM assistant
• Experience in daily operational coordination of teams, conducting meetings, and taking notes
• Knowledge of project management basics (Scrum/Kanban/Agile principles)
• Strong Intermediate level of English (both oral and written skills)
• Great communication skills for an effective communication with a customer as well as a team
• Attention to detail
• Proactiveness
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Participating in regular calls with stakeholders
• Task backlog management and prioritization
• Synchronization of tasks between the customer and the development team
• Preparing notes, updating statuses in Jira, controlling deadlines
• Communication with customer representatives on operational issues
• Overall project structure (documentation, flow, meetings) support

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with JIRA and Confluence would be a plus
