Responsibilities

  • Develop task lists, define dependencies, and track progress to ensure timely completion
  • Understand project scope, identify changes, and respond appropriately to customer needs
  • Negotiate project schedules, address issues, and escalate problems as necessary
  • Identify risks, recommend alternatives, and mitigate issues that threaten project success
  • Monitor project progress regularly, report status, risks, and issues, and ensure team members have the information needed to perform effectively
  • Prioritise workload by planning and ensuring you're working on the most important and urgent tasks
  • Utilize our internal tooling to build apps and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Identify areas for improvement within the Delivery process and suggest enhancements to benefit project performance
