Summary
The job is for a Project Manager in Attractions.io, a company that provides mobile app solutions for attraction operators. Requirements
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a Project Management role in a software company
- Understanding of software development and web technologies
- Fluent English speaker
- Experience of using project management tools to create timelines and track the critical path
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks during a project
Responsibilities
- Develop task lists, define dependencies, and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Understand project scope, identify changes, and respond appropriately to customer needs
- Negotiate project schedules, address issues, and escalate problems as necessary
- Identify risks, recommend alternatives, and mitigate issues that threaten project success
- Monitor project progress regularly, report status, risks, and issues, and ensure team members have the information needed to perform effectively
- Prioritise workload by planning and ensuring you're working on the most important and urgent tasks
- Utilize our internal tooling to build apps and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Identify areas for improvement within the Delivery process and suggest enhancements to benefit project performance
