Remote Project Delivery Manager

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years' experience in a Project Management role in a software company
• Understanding of software development and web technologies, and ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear terms to a variety of audiences using written and verbal communication
• Fluent English speaker and able to confidently speak to customers in a friendly, genuine and professional manner
• Highly organised and able to prioritise your time effectively
• Great multitasker and able to manage various projects at the same time while working independently
• Experience of using project management tools to create timelines and track the critical path
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks during a project
• Growth mindset and always looking for ways to improve

Responsibilities

• Develop task lists, define dependencies, and track progress to ensure timely completion
• Understand project scope, identify changes, and respond appropriately to customer needs
• Negotiate project schedules, address issues, and escalate problems as necessary
• Identify risks, recommend alternatives, and mitigate issues that threaten project success
• Monitor project progress regularly, report status, risks, and issues, and ensure team members have the information needed to perform effectively
• Prioritise workload by planning and ensuring you're working on the most important and urgent tasks
• Utilise our internal tooling to build apps and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Identify areas for improvement within the Delivery process and suggest enhancements to benefit project performance
