Requirements
- Have 15+ years of experience with a Bachelorβs or advanced degree, in establishing and maintaining governance frameworks to ensure compliance and accountability
- Have deep understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma for effective project execution
- Have ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic oversight for complex projects
- Have experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Have ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial discipline in project execution
- Have skills to lead organizational change and ensure smooth transitions during project implementation
- Have proficiency in using analytics and metrics to guide project decisions and measure success
- Have capability to align project goals with organizational objectives and drive long-term success
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure consistent project management practices across the organization
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Project Management Office (PMO) and project teams to drive project success and alignment with organizational goals
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by implementing effective risk management strategies and processes
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deliverables through regular reviews, audits, and assessments
- Collaborate with senior leadership, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, objectives, and priorities
- Monitor project performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Have expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
