Summary
Join METRO Global Solution Center as a Plan to Decide (P2D) Deputy Process Stream Lead and contribute to the successful upgrade of METROβs Finance to SAP S/4HANA. Support the P2D process stream lead in overseeing the entire P2D process, ensuring compliance and efficient procurement. Optimize SAP CO and SAP IM modules, collaborate on process improvements, and manage stakeholder relationships. Monitor P2D performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in P2D process streams with SAP implementation, strong analytical and communication skills, and project management abilities. Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an P2D process stream with a proven track record in managing such processes and implementing SAP solutions. Basic knowledge of at least one P2D-specific industry solution is desired
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Languages: E xcellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel : Around 20-25% of working time
Responsibilities
- Stand-in for P2D Process Stream Lead: support the stream lead in overseeing the entire P2D process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulations, and laws
- Roll-Out Management : support the Process Stream Lead in managing the future roll-out waves for all remaining Metro companies
- SAP CO and SAP IM Module Optimization: Ensure successful implementation and optimization of these modules, providing guidance and support to the team on SAP functionalities
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Support Stakeholder Management: support relationship management with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure that all P2D processes are integrated and synchronized with business needs
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze P2D performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management: Project management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team are preferrable. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
