Requirements

  • Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Communication, Management, Marketing or related field
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • You are highly organized and able to multitask
  • You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Track progress on project deliverables and provide regular updates to project managers
  • Help coordinate team meetings, create agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to communicate project progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure that all project-related documents are organized and stored appropriately
  • Assist in assigning and tracking tasks for team members
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within scope
  • Use project management tools (such as Monday.com) to track project progress
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining project management software for tracking tasks, timelines, and milestones
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop project management skills
  • Shadow experienced project managers to learn about different project management methodologies

Intern: Project Management Coordinator

EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Corporate Projects team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the summer of 2025

Responsibilities

We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.

  • Project Coordination Support

    • Track progress on project deliverables and provide regular updates to project managers.
    • Help coordinate team meetings, create agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Documentation and Reporting

    • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to communicate project progress to stakeholders.
    • Ensure that all project-related documents are organized and stored appropriately
  • Resource and Task Management

    • Assist in assigning and tracking tasks for team members.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Tool and Software Support

    • Use project management tools (such as Monday.com) to track project progress.
    • Assist in setting up and maintaining project management software for tracking tasks, timelines, and milestones.
  • Learning and Development

    • Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop project management skills.
    • Shadow experienced project managers to learn about different project management methodologies.
