Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Project Management or related field or study or 2+ years experience in related area
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 2 years project management experience
- PMP experience
- US Healthcare industry experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
- Excellent (C2) English speaking and writing skills

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Manage multiple, ongoing software implementations
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables, manage risks using appropriate tools
- Participate to ensure that milestones and work in progress deliverables are met
- Provide direction to project team
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Provide feedback to internal team and development regarding process and product improvement

Job Description
