Summary

Join Code and Theory as a Project Manager specializing in Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud or CMS-based projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain Jira boards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include preparing project documentation, tracking project health, mitigating risks, and coordinating third-party vendors. This role requires deep Adobe Marketing Cloud product knowledge, proven project management experience, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and relevant certifications are required.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud products: AEM, Analytics, Target, Workfront, AEP (RTCDP, CJA)
  • Proven experience managing CMS or MarTech implementation projects
  • Strong command of project management methodologies – PMP, Agile, Scrum
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • 7–10 years of experience in project management roles in digital marketing or CMS ecosystems
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects in Adobe or similar digital experience platforms
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed global teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent certifications required

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud or CMS-based projects across multiple workstreams
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Maintain Jira boards and dashboards, ensuring transparency and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and Adobe SMEs to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including charters, roadmaps, RACI, and RAID logs
  • Track and report project health and status to senior leadership and clients
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively
  • Coordinate third-party vendors or Adobe teams when needed for solution delivery
  • Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and a delivery-focused culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working in a client-facing consulting role
  • Understanding of data privacy and governance (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Adobe Experience Cloud certifications (AEM, Workfront, Analytics, AEP) are a strong plus
