Project Manager

Summary

Join LeapPoint, a digital advisory firm, as a Project Manager to manage the delivery and implementation of Connected Work® for major brands. You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, focusing on content supply chain solutions. This remote position requires managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks. You will provide regular updates to stakeholders and conduct post-implementation reviews. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of project management experience in digital marketing, experience with Adobe content supply chain solutions, and proven success in delivering complex projects. Requirements

• 4 + years of project management experience in digital marketing
• Primary experience in managing projects related to two or more workstreams (Workfront, AEM, SaaS integration, process optimization, etc.)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects, on time and within budget
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and optimizing resource allocation
• Experience working in a consulting environment, particularly with clients from various industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Ability to motivate and lead project teams

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for content supply chain solution implementations
• Develop and maintain realistic project timelines, tracking progress, and managing potential delays
• Develop and monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient delivery of project milestones
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders through detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on project progress, risks, and outcomes
• Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Identifying and resolving project issues, managing change, and ensuring project success
• Conduct project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Adobe content supply chain solutions and GenAI
• PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Adobe Workfront Certified Project Manager
