Anteriad is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Database in Littleton, CO to gather business requirements for marketing database systems, collaborate with technical teams, and manage development projects. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Computer Science preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with multi-channel marketing database/CDP/CRM solutions that support direct marketing/one-to-one communication, especially B2B marketing focus
• Working knowledge of all aspects of building and maintaining marketing database systems (processes and physical databases) including identity resolution, ETL, API integration, address hygiene/standardization, merge/purge, cross-channel identification
• Blend of Business/Marketing level thinking accompanied by semi-technical capability/understanding
• Familiarity/experience with MS SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS

Responsibilities

• Interview clients and internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements related to new, as well as enhancements to existing, marketing database systems/solutions
• Translate and document business/marketing requirements for the Anteriad Database Solutions development team
• Collaborate with technical team to determine solution and architecture based on requirements and document the agreed-upon solution
• Build specifications for client-specific setup of Anteriad’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) marketing database audience selection application
• Create and manage project plans for marketing database development projects
• Validate accuracy of new development—internal Quality Assurance
• Break down complex processes and methodologies into easy-to-understand explanations for clients or team members, through strong presentation and communication skills
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders verbally and in writing – polished in both
