Project Manager

Summary

Join Arlo Solutions, an IT consulting firm, as a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead compliance and certification initiatives. You will spearhead projects related to ISO standards, CMMI, and other frameworks. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Security, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a regulated or government contracting environment
• Demonstrated experience leading compliance or certification initiatives such as ISO 27001, CMMI, or other related frameworks
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, process improvement, and risk management principles
• Experience conducting internal audits, gap assessments, and supporting external certification efforts
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate all phases of compliance projects related to ISO, CMMC, NIST, and other relevant frameworks
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support certification and audit readiness
• Facilitate internal assessments and gap analyses to identify risks, areas of improvement, and necessary corrective actions
• Partner with IT, security, HR, third-party vendors, and operations teams to gather documentation, implement controls, and ensure ongoing compliance
• Prepare and maintain audit documentation, process workflows, policies, and training materials
• Coordinate with external auditors, assessors, and consultants as needed
• Track project metrics and report progress regularly to leadership and stakeholders
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, process discipline, and risk awareness throughout the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• ISO Lead Implementer, CMMI Associate/Professional, or other relevant quality/compliance certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with government contracting environments and related regulatory standards (e.g., DFARS, NIST) is an advantage
