Summary
Join Aya Healthcare, a top workplace, as a Workday Consultant and Project Manager for a 12-14 month project implementing Workday modules for over 40,000 employees. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless implementation and on-schedule completion. This remote position offers flexible hours (PST, MST, or CST). As a Workday subject matter expert, you will guide best practices, system configuration, and optimization. You will also develop training materials and manage governance frameworks. Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday functional implementation experience, with expertise in HCM and related modules (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.)
- Workday certification required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive timely results
- Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including technical teams, HR leaders, and business executives
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work with other stakeholders on the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with Aya’s strategic objectives across HR technology, employee experience, business processes, data strategy, finance, payroll, benefits, talent management, and service delivery
- Act as Aya’s Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, system configuration, and optimization
- Partner with key stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and priorities, ensuring project milestones are met
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure a seamless Workday rollout
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during testing
- Establish and manage governance frameworks for ongoing system maintenance and enhancements
- Serve as an advocate and trusted advisor, ensuring Workday delivers value across the organization
- Assist with documentation, collateral creation, configuration, scheduling coordination, and prioritization of workstreams
