Summary

Join Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, as an AI project manager. Responsibilities include initiating and managing AI projects, discovering opportunities within BAU, identifying technical requirements and risk management, developing proof of concept, managing and tracking projects, end-to-end AI applications development, collaborating with the tech team on platform and model development, supporting AI application operations and optimization, designing and implementing evaluation methods, testing before release, and tracking indicators after release. Qualifications include a master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline; proven experience in AI-related jobs or project management; excellent project management skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; passion for AI application development; programming skills in Python and SQL; understanding of cloud service backend systems like EC2, Hive, Elastic search; experience in LLM fine-tune, e.g. SFT, RLHF; and bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency.

Requirements

• Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline
• Proven experience in AI related jobs or project management
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Passionate commitment to AI application development
• Experience in building LLM workflow & prompt engineering
• Programming skills: python [Entry level], SQL  [Mid. level]
• Clear understanding of the cloud service backend systems like EC2, Hive, Elastic search
• Experience in LLM fine-tune, e.g. SFT, RLHF
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
