Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage daily status meetings across various project teams, ensuring alignment and clear action items
• Maintain the project management hub in Notion, ensuring that tasks are organized, dependencies are clear, and timelines are on track
• Act as a central point for project tracking, regularly grooming the backlog to prioritize tasks and eliminate unnecessary clutter
• Provide weekly status reports that highlight risks, delays, and progress towards company-wide goals
