Requirements

  • Solid experience working as a Project Manager and a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple multi-tenant SaaS projects, concurrently
  • In-depth knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and documentation
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and are at ease conversing in both technical and business discussions and can comfortably switch between the two
  • Strong problem solver, able to prioritize and get the job done
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Experience with complex enterprise deployments, involving multiple vendors and stakeholders
  • Experience in relationship management to engage with customers and ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Help prepare scope, budgets and resourcing schedules
  • Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure costs stay on track and align with project goals
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Drive and delivery change requests for out-of-scope project items
  • Support the Manager/Director to identify new customer opportunities
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure they are achieving their goals with the software, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for growth and product adoption

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or CSM certifications
  • Storytelling and a passion for delivering amazing results with a high attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
