Summary

You will lead program-level project management for our work with CMS, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and planning. This role involves building strong relationships with government stakeholders and internal teams, managing communications, and leading Agile ceremonies. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, ensuring comprehension of objectives and technical details through effective written and oral communication
- Orchestrate contract management, tracking scope, risk, budget, milestones, and timelines for the project, including monitoring and planning towards deadlines, reviewing and approving timesheets, and preparing invoices
- Build and nurture positive relationships with government stakeholders and partner contract agencies, navigating policies, people, and project escalations
- Coordinate program-level planning events and meetings; create and distribute comprehensive meeting notes to capture discussions, decisions, and action items, ensuring all members are well-informed and aligned
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize program tasks by ensuring appropriate team allocations, roadmap planning, and project plans to effectively release project initiatives
- Support project release efforts and lead company-wide practice area initiatives
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to other project team members and practitioners, as well as supporting team member onboarding/offboarding and team structure changes
- Proactively identify areas for program-level process improvement and efficiency gains within the project management framework through collaborative efforts and proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with the Sales and Strategy teams on business development activities, and with the Product Manager on product definition/delivery approach, balancing requirements for MVP results serving end-users
