Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related field (e.g., Nursing, Public Health, Health Informatics)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management within healthcare, health technology, or content development
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines, evidence-based medicine, and healthcare delivery systems
- Strong understanding of medical writing, editing, and content curation processes
- Experience collaborating with clinicians and external clients
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, project management software

Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of external medical policy reviews with our clients, such as coordinating physician resources, ensuring documentation of physician insights, and managing communications with our Customer and Clinical Success teams
- Develop and maintain an external medical policy review calendar and project schedules
- Project manage the annual review of Cohereβs platform nudges by developing detailed project plans and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Create comprehensive project documentation for new Cohere medical policies
- Support project close-out activities such as disseminating new or updated Cohere medical policies to relevant internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain our clinical content library and database
- Research tools and resources to improve Clinical Content processes and provide recommendations to team leaders
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks to improve clinical content quality, accuracy, and delivery
