Project Manager

Summary

Join DeepHealth as a Project Manager and lead the development and execution of product delivery and implementation projects for our Radiology solutions across the United States. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The position offers remote work with up to 50% domestic/international travel. A Bachelor's degree and proven project management experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to identify and address any issues or defects
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Regularly assess project risks and make adjustments to the project plan as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project artifacts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project status updates, and address any issues or concerns that arise throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to share information effectively and provide appropriate direction, consultation, and recommendations to customers and resources
• Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills
• Must have a strong process orientation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Must understand and articulate support/project requests from users
• Ability to guide customers/teams through operational improvement
• Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and decision-making to achieve objectives
• Capable of working effectively both independently and with others
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be timely and efficient to achieve accurate completion of projects/initiatives
• Ability to learn and understand the product portfolio and required actions for successful implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP preferred and/or working toward a project management certification
• Two years’ experience in radiology healthcare related field a plus
